Your Journey to Well-being Starts Here.

Prioritize Your Wellness: Mind, Body, and Soul. We are all interconnected, and our emotional wellbeing is key to living a fulfilling and meaningful life full of purpose.

Have you had therapy before but felt that it was more of a short-term, "surviving" through it process? Or did it seem stagnant in any way? We are here to break the growth barrier and help you transform into the individual, mother, daughter, son, wife, husband that you want to become. We believe that everyone has the power to unlock their authentic selves, live in alignment with their values, and show up for themselves and loved ones around them. Life shouldn't be a constant stress-inducing survival zone. We are made for so much more. Connection, wellness, purpose, spiritually aligned and developed, and more. Our approach to therapy can help you get there.

Your Well-Being and Transformation-Based Process is rooted in our primary value of Compassion-Based Care. We treat you like family, and are just humans trying to make a difference.

Knowledge Rooted in Compassion and Care

Our therapists come with their own unique backgrounds. They are authentic, creative, adaptive, and integrative.

Aligned with our Values

This is a safe space to open up without judgment. We value integrity, honesty, humility, and authenticity.

We can Relate!

Connection is key to finding the right therapist. We continue doing our own self-exploring, so that we can show up in our raw, human form in the therapeutic process.

Becky is a Montana native and currently resides in Eastern Montana. She is devoted, driven, and compassionate, valuing kindness, individuality, connection, and family.

Is your schedule so crammed that it's hard to make time for therapy, yet you know you could use the support? I offer online sessions, and can work with any schedule, and also any financial barriers that you may have.I have personally experienced the feelings of isolation and loneliness that can accompany living in this beautiful big sky country, as well as with being a military spouse, and never want anyone to feel alone. I have insider experiences of the trials that military families face and have experienced the ups and downs of deployment. Through my personal therapy journey, I have been met with compassion, non-judgement, and safety, which has allowed me to heal in ways that I never knew possible and explore my own neurodivergence (ADHD). By extending these principles to my clients, I strive to bring about a space where you feel safe to explore your personal story, discover and lean into your innate strengths and help you on the path to empowerment.

Natalie has a diversified life background and was born in Germany, and raised by a Polish family. She values genuine connection, grit, honest communication, and an atmosphere of compassion.

My own life experiences have shaped my passion for helping others. I began my own mental health journey at a young age and I know firsthand how transformative therapy and healthy relationships can be. This is what led me to become a counselor. I’m passionate about supporting people through trauma and helping them find healing. Outside of my career, I love making fluid art, dancing, seeing live music, and spending time with my dogs, friends, and loved ones. I bring an open-minded, nonjudgmental, and adventurous spirit to everything I do, always striving to create a space where people feel truly seen and supported.

Meet Katja!

Katja values adventure, connectedness in the outdoors, curiosity, diversity, lifelong learning, and empathy.

Hello! I am an avid outdoor enthusiast with a passion for climbing, trail running, and hiking. I am also a voracious reader interested in everything from fantasy adventures, to wildlife biology, and scientific exploration. Having lived abroad several times, I experienced a direct multi-cultural, global perspective and am fluent in three languages. Learning about my own neurodivergence and going about the process of self-discovery, I am passionate walking alongside others to explore the depths of their own unique experience. I view the counseling relationship as a collaborative effort in which we both relate, wherein the clinician helps an individual build tools and healthy communication, walking into vulnerable spaces in sharing their stories. Together, we can find healing in building a transformative life.

Meet Jessi!

Jessi is a Montana native whom is passionate, caring, enthusiastic, and creative.

Hello! I'm so glad that you are beginning this process. I know it takes some vulnerability, which is crucial to make changes. Vulnerability is scary, rewarding, and connecting....and is truly the first action-step towards self-reflection, processing, and creating the life that you want to live. I fully believe that we work better together, and need one another to thrive. I've learned through my personal therapy, that this is HARD. It takes some grit, determination, and courage to work through the scary things. Trauma can be devastating, and make you feel stuck in the past, re-experiencing it's grasps over and over again. I know the feeling, and I am dedicated to helping people live more in the present, and have abundant feelings of joy again.
