My aim is to help you build resiliency, connection, and walk alongside you in the process of healing. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and attachment-based. I believe that safety and understanding is the primary foundation of a healthy and secure relationship, which overall, is the cornerstone of the therapeutic process. It is amazing what we can discover about ourselves when we begin to feel connected, seen, and heard. When we can build strong connections, we can heal, thrive, and perceive ourselves and the world around us in a whole new light. I'm excited to get to know you, and help you heal parts of yourself, while embracing personal strengths along the way.

Becky Weinheimer; MA, PCLC

I fully believe that all humans have the right to a fulfilling, positive, and flourishing life. We all get stuck sometimes and have a difficult time trudging our way through the murky swamp(s) of depression, anxiety, trauma, strained relationships, stress, and burnout from everyday living. I know that you have the strength within you to grow and change and I would be honored to walk alongside and support you on your journey towards well-being. I believe that a positive counseling relationship is rooted in safety, authenticity, honesty, vulnerability, emotional exploration, and mutual respect; I strive to provide such a space for you. I was born and raised in Montana and understand the importance of and struggles with finding mental health services, especially in rural areas, and I am here to bridge the gap by offering telehealth counseling sessions.
